My Review:
I didn't pay this very much attention at first, but since it was the very tool I had been searching for, I downloaded it and tried to set it up.
Wound up having to google how to get a google API key, but after looking at a couple of results I managed to find out how and then went to the settings in the software and added it.
I then added a local search term...keyword HVAC Contractor and location City ST and checked the email option and it turned out 91 results WITH EMAILS...pretty cool!
Many of the emails were bogus, but that's not the fault of the software...but what impressed me was the Excel spreadsheet it gave me (.csv option didn't work too well).
The spreadsheet revealed a lot of info that wasn't apparent in the software display, such as the google biz page, the rating, etc.
I'm impressed!

Add/ save api key in settings window.
select the website.
add the keywords.
add the locations.
