I'd love to see their reply. Can you pls show a screenshot of their reply? All dispute messages are archived in individual PayPal accounts, so don't say that the message is deleted. Also, show us the message you sent to them (but block out the link to your file) so that all of us here can learn how to deal with refunds for digital materials. It would definitely benefit us since it would help us to handle these type of chargebacks better.
