So I have had an authority site for about 7 years now and haven't done much with it for awhile but it really needs to be boosted for keywords so it can reach its adsense potential and possibly add other monetization.

It's a local based business site that should make over $100 day just in adsense if keywords were ranked. Shouldn't be too hard.
