More than publishing these apps, its about marketing your apps.
There are already many rewards apps which are there on play store. It will be very difficult for you to actually make money with these rewards apps unless u have some marketing budget.
PS: Telling this from personal experience as I got a similar one designed by a coder around 6 months back.
