This usually occurs when you have been downloading from Mega for 6 hours or more, it hasn't anything to do with the download having an issue..

You must import to your cloud ( your mega account. So you must create one mega account for yourself) ), and then download it...
Do not direct download from the link op share... import to your cloud first...
