I sent him a message and he told me, he just can create 20 accounts per day and we have to wait about 72 hours. I'm still waiting too.

It's not true the account was never set up.
All buyers got their set up on 4th November.
But as mentioned in my update, I was updating to OTO 1.
On 11th November, I deleted all accounts created.
On 12th November I recreate with the upgrade to OTO 1.
But this only goes up to 30 accounts created.
I am following up with support, and Sam Bakker too.
Sam himself said there should be no limits.
Seems there is some error in the system, putting limit.
Sam is following up closely with support.
Sorry I didn't mean to imply that it was never set up, my error.
Initially it was but now we haven't had access for a while.
paid an extra license 9 days ago, no activation, no PM, nothing...really disappointed
