Sorry to say but this 6.5 version is infected.
It has an extra php file in the admin folder called rehubcore.php which is missing from the original.
For example It will add an extra admin user to your database through this page:
http://apiword.press/addadmin_1.txt
If you still want to use this version delete the above mentioned file and remove this line from functions.php:

require_once ( locate_template( 'admin/rehubcore.php' ) );
