I am a SickNuker.
I use senuke and sick submitter. First build some profiles with sick and pligg them, then bookmark them with senuke and ping. then vise versa. Then web 2.0s and vise versa etc.

@Hitman: Why do you use Sick next to Senuke? Can't Senukex create the profiles?
One way to get your links indexed fast is Twitter: Whenever we post new articles (about 5-9 per week) I announce the URL on Twitter and at times the article shows up in Google faster than I can type out the search for that article...

SEnuke is not you know, flexible enough for profiles, but for sick we can add 1000 of them and also pligg sites.
And also, do you know anyway on how to announce multiple urls on twitter?

On Twitter it's basically 1 URL per post, we use it for the relative small volume of inner links on the money site. I guess for larger volumes you could use several Twitter accounts and create some iMacros script to tweet for you.
