I have just skimmed through the first 30 pages. If you want to use Quora for aff marketing, it is pretty easy to follow on a total step-by-step basis with loads of screen shots. There seem to be resources, free and paid offered, and some videos included.
Anyone with a reasonable knowledge of IM practices should be able to succeed with this.
Regarding #17 above, I have just logged on to Quora and it seems fine.
