Don't u have the common sense of informing all the customers regarding the update???
Are u rolling out any big stone to all customer addresses.
At least try to give a support to this stolen product or refund back .

I' m confused thought this new version was tested, deemed good to go and being sent to subscribers and customers like 3 weeks ago ?

This delay is just odd.

Think they should have washed away with the flood at that time i bought this....seems like hidden criminals looting money.
I may need to contact my bank to shoot a complaint.
