hey listen. Nobody will teach you teach. Don't waste your money. Here's how it works:
1. Make a website/landing page.
2. Run a $10 first campaign because they get reviewed manually and you have more chances of getting accepted.
3. Once that's done run a coupon for ads on your offer or whatever.
4. Rinse and repeat.

Note: I tried this once and it worked for me but I am not a CPA fan. Ask Lord Krafty. He'll tell you the same thing.

It is all about testing and scaling which method works best.

Let me give you an example:

I have 2 domains related to iphones and I am running ads these days related to
Iphones.
Get best deals for iphone 6 and iphone 7 etc and I am redirecting to a CPA after
they fill initial details.

Its better u test things yourself.
