Thanks for the link but as you mentioned, that is the older product, not what was requested.

The product creator says there is substantial new materials in this last version.

He's just reselling his old product, same sales page, what's new? Maybe he changed some dates to the year 2016 but the contents are still the same. Marketers do it all the time.
