This method is basically finding hit videos with expired domains.

There was a product called Video Traffic Genie with downloadable software to perform this task for you.

It seems like it is about that and it's a shame.

Sounds like another scam to me. If you check the comments, he wouldn't even answer a few honest questions about it. And the high price he's asking! Unbelievable!!!
