I am looking for a course that consists in getting offline clients by offering a service to send web notifications to all those who allow it when visiting the client's website.

You know, there are websites that wnat to show notifications, like: "This website wants to show notifications - Allow - Don't Allow"

This is the service to offer according to the vendor of the course.
Does anybody remember the name of the course?
