There's a nagging notification at the top of the admin backend asking for an activation code, but I've been using the theme for a few months now and it works fine for me. A very nice theme.

Delete entire contents of td_cake.php file. This theme will be nulled

Just wondering how can I update this on a previous version that I have installed. In future I will probably buy the copy so just wondering what can I do now?

There's a folder that contains nothing but files which have changed since the last version (4.6). Simply upload those files to your Newspaper directory, overwriting the old versions.
