Hey, BBHF, hope all is well.

I'm trying to integrate my Instabuilder Opt-in page with Getresponse and I keep getting this annoying error.

This sign up form is not working.
Please contact the website administrator.

If some one could guide me in the right direction I would really appreciate it.

The problem is not with instabuilder. It's with your get response form. What kind of form you are trying to use with Instabuilder? The javascript one or html one?

I use html form and it works fine. Instead of get response custom thank you / confirmation page, I use a redirect link. Even if you chose to use the custom thank you / confirmation page, it should work fine.

Can you make a video of your get response form settings and PM me so I can look it up?
