This is open source. I wonder what modifications he's actually made to his coding on Envato to charge the licence fee. Still, thanks OP for sharing files here ;-)

I can see perfex is a paid envato item and not a opensource. It is developed with opensource meaning you still need a license to run in multiple instances.
