This is made on laravel you need to know how to ibstall it first as this doenst work as a common script.

Additionally, a 403 Forbidden error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

make /public folder your root folder, plus you have to prepare database before proceeding, read the doc for that.
