In a PM from the author he responded that the latest WSO version is V 2.05. He stated that there were substantial feature enhancements from Pre Launch V2, V2 and V2.05.

He also clarified that the Local vortex offer is available as an upgrade to purchasers of V2.05 for $67. This is a seperate licenses form V2. So you have 2 seperate licenses and additional themes. This upgrade will be only available for 2-3 weeks or until the WSO ends, and then revert back to normal prices.

If anyone is serious about selling Mobile websites it looks like the best option is to purchase V2.05 at $77 and buy the upgrade Local Vortex for $67.
