For the phone verification you could set up a callfire account and you can add a phone number in any area code for $2/mo for each number. So you would not get free fiverr gigs, but you would essentially get them for $2 each. If someone knows of a free way of using different phone #'s it would be better. It seems you only need the phone # for the one time verification.
