Is there a youtube url scraper that only scrapes low comment videos on youtube? can you help me please?

curious.... why would you want low comment videos?

if you can't find anything ready made, my software argo content has a youtube url scraper and i could add that feature. however if you only need it for scraping and have no need for its main features (website creation and auto blogging), its probably too expensive. well thought i could offer to add that feature anyways if it would help :)

thank you.. but i am only looking for that kind of scraper so that i can build a list of low comment videos on youtube... but thank you anyway.
