Some things I noticed are:
- Email / email lists
- Search engine traffic typing in buyer keywords
- Depending on your niche and the effort you are willing to put in, I have seen many get good results building a following on instagram.com then eventually start marketing to them. I think it was at foundr who showcased a dentist marketing his local area and is making bank focusing only on teeth whitening But that takes time. It really depends on the niche you are working with. Though I can tell for sure that social media traffic gives good conversion especially if you work with CPA offers.
