Not the easiest question to answer .. but it all depends on which aspect you are wanting to learn..there are many courses on the forum that cover certain aspects and all of the aspects..Sounds like you need the full monty..I would suggest you keep it simple..there's a new course from Kevin Sheerin that covers everything and includes recording software, it's called Your First Product, you can take a look and see if it's something that you may be of interest to you:
