You could also try that.
Did they give you the reason ? You could partner with some one , but there is a risk.
Maybe this:
make a new other site. Any website. With other Name on whois or denic.de or so. (ore a Friend) and put there Amazon Links in it and this person and site must be akzeptet from Amazon before and than put from your site links to this site so that they click on the Amazon Ads and so Amazon can not see it, from where the links directly comes from!!
My Amazon account is also closed, inside about 800 Euros :(
I think it is closed, wheater they look at my Facebook ore they look because it is so much earnings. I dont know.
