Anyone else getting a "403:Forbidden This page cannot be displayed" error message when trying to login to admin page?

Hmmm.. the plugin puts out all sorts of errors when I try to activate it on a WP Multi Site. Works fine on a regular WP site.

I am facing a problem while installing the Theme plugin.
It shows this inspite of uploading the correct file
"The package could not be installed. No valid plugins were found.
Plugin install failed."
Anyone else faced this problem?

coursetheme.zip is a theme, not a plugin. install as a theme.
