I have no idea what file you have there but I would advise you to download it again as, yet again, i just clicked on the link I gave to DL it and opened it up and its fine, no problem at all and certainly none of the files you are showing it contains. There are 3 files in the zip file - Setup.exe, Activation.exe and Read me.txt with a total size of 259.83mb. Best that i can do as I really have no idea what file you have there with the language files in it. Maybe you are confused as to the download you made and have confused it with something else...?? Check it and let me know. Also, anyone else needing this program, please download from the link given and let me know what YOU see inside it.
