I have heard of some employers requiring the VA to login on their own servers so they can video what they are doing and fast scan daily through the videos

VA's are trained. In fact, we work in group approach... we created group for each task, Please check the details.





and the end, our review team check every thing, and then deliver.

If, any client, want to do specif task, Like Linked In lead generations, Or Local seo leads Or youtube lead generation Or Client want us to learn a specif software or course, then work for him.... Then give us some time to learn... VA or client team will work for him..

Yes I know, currently we can't track on hourly basis.

The reason is, we have VA's of different skills and we work in group approach.

Let me give u an example. For SEO... we are doing

- Link building ( manual link building- data entry operator)
- Image ( we need designer)
- writer ( we need writer)

thats why, its nearly Impossible for us to track on hourly basics.

If, we work with this approach- Like, pay us for VA... and we don;t bother about results.... Then....

But, I we can't work on this approach. We need to give results... If cleint get good results, Client will come to us again and again. ( that is the key to success)...

so, our servcies is, must better then VA apprach.

Any ways, i will work on hourly tracking as well...
