BTW! I will file a dispute on Paypal if you won't return my money back. I have payed a lot of GB's here even if I don't really understand what I'm buying, but this is the first time I felt scammed!

I take good care of my clients, but I also take care of my work, and one of the things is that if I offer the plugin, this not is for connect to my web page since multiple IP and download everything.

That's what happened: for 5 minutes, there were 3 different IPs and over 20 downloads, I closed the user's account on the web, but not his license, I gave explanations by email. And I also told you that I would give you access in exchange for not connecting from multiple IPs.

Let me explain this to you too!

In the Philippines we are using dynamic IP. Also I'm accessing the files through an internet shop, I don't have internet connection at home, I can't pay for that. (I don't know why I'm explaining this to you FU***). Why are you so afraid that your plugin will be shared! What is the purpose of the license you give when using the plugin!? I can't bear your insult anymore that's why I asked kindly for a refund. Yes, you told me that you'll give me access again and after that what happens when the IP changes again? Again, you'll ban me? That is why I don't want any of your plugins anymore or anything from you with this regard. You are accusing me of sharing your files because I downloaded it from different IP's!? Dude, do some proper research first before accusing someone you don't even know!?

Can someone here in the Philippines explain to this F*** that we are using dynamic IP's here and that it changes on a regular basis? and a lot of people here don't have internet at home thus using internet from shop and cafe's. I'm sorry to be emotional here but this fu**** is absolutely irritating and disgusting!

I chose to lower my pride from my previous email and asked kindly for a refund but your resort to this. I will file for a dispute ASAP.

I am British but spend a lot of time in the Philippines, last visit was one year.

My comments:

Firstly IM4ly, stop using profanities - they get you nowhere. The 'F' word is totally unnecessary and offensive to some readers, such as myself. And before you say it, I can swear and use words you have never heard before, but seldom , if ever, do. 18 years in the Army I lived with some of the hardest guys you would ever meet, and I still refrained from profanity. Strangely, they reciprocated.

Secondly, the problem you have with the Op is FULLY understood as you are absolutely right. Using Internet Cafes and free wifi in malls etc, will give the impression that there are multiple users. Unfortunately, some ops on this forum refuse to see the obvious.

I used to track a program I sold and when I found the purchaser appeared to have shared, I would temporarily close their account and email them for an explanation. It was usually they were travelling or sharing with their family (which is normal and nothing to get into a sweat about). and if I was happy with the explanation, I re-opened their account. If I was fooled, my thoughts would be that I had nothing to be ashamed of, it was the thief who would one day have to answer for his or her actions.

In your case I would have looked into the different accessing a little further to see where they were being used from, but would not have kept your account closed.

I also understand the Ops point of view as file sharing is very common in the Philippines. But, he should take on board that not everyone has Internet Connections at home or office - it is just too expensive and unreliable in the Philippines.

So I hope the two of you can make up and get back to normal without mud slinging and an apology from both of you, to each other, is in order.
