why oh why oh why am I still waiting on this, first you sau 48-72 hours, then you push it back to Thursday (a week after i purchased) and now Sunday almost 10 days after I purchased and still nothing. Have I missed something here? Are you away or have you had some kind of issue? Would appreciate an update as I was planning on using one of the bonus softwares for a work-related task since last week.

I had to be away for emergency for 2 to 3 days, with limited internet.
Am working on the updates and verification ASAP.
But as you are so impatient to wait, I suggest you request for refund from the vendor so we are good and done.

No, if you can deliver this week then I can wait. However I don't think I am impatient at all. I was simply asking why you weren't sticking to your own deadlines. Please deliver ASAP because as I said the bonus tool I requested is needed for work-related issues this week. Thanks.
