I have not downloaded it and have no idea about contents of archive.
Al I know is that it's 8gb in size and apparently contains 100's of products with PLR/MMR licenses included.

Here are the directory contents
The PLR is dated BUT a lot of it is EVERGREEN - I didn't take time to review quality.
Checked some out before downloading and they were very old. So, not for me.
But, there are obviously some evergreens amongst them, especially in the health niche.

If anyone has the same problem I had and that was when i copied and pasted the password it didn't work I solved it by typing the password and it workedfine
