can you share with me what WP plugins, scripts or other tools (software) do you use to handle this or similar schemes - http://i.imgur.com/mSvzGxL.png - ???

I want to find and use HIGH QUALITY content that mostly couldn't be available via RSS, so I need instruments to regularly parse some websites (DOM) for this, filter from URLs and maybe stop-words, or just add posts in schedule, so it will be possible to edit them before they will be posted.

OR maybe even use the same structure as here - http://godvine.com/Funny-Cat-REALLY-Does...-9359.html - , but only add feeds from social networks at side widgets, replace dailynews with youtube and add an option to post arictles with more words.

Basically I want to mix (merge) various content (associated with a keywords->hashtags) on a single page.
Is it possible to use finished digital products for this or it's better idea to make your own?
