It has no license information included, and only pdf files. The PLR version would have doc files for editing purposes.

If OP searched (I'm sure he did) - he may not have found it since my post was 'business_patience'.
I'll have to take a look at what is in OPs contents to see if there is a difference in what is being delivered.
Tulgar - This is my file.
I know as I made the content directory, package, etc. The size, time stamps of both the folders and internal contents are the same.
i'm sure you found this while thinking of the value for the greater - that's to be commended.
Someone must have lifted it to another site. Which is not only common place but expected.
