With all the condition that you set above, " Monthly searches 1000" YES it's possible to rank videos on this average, With the list that i shared, I rank my videos with 20k searches. Even I my videos are on the first page with others BIG COMPETITORS.
- RSS submit and Bookmarks don't work anymore, If you do it manually i can guarantee for you that you will see some good results..

Try to do some SEO FOR YOUR VIDEOS. Not only for google and youtube.
