you should start with 200/ip per day for 4-5 days(all with clean list no bounce) and then double it and if every thing is okay then double it again after 4-5 days .....if every thing goes well double it every 2 days

Note: your list have to be clean should not have any bounce or spamtraps
If you have clean lists and you send clean emails, you can safely send 200 emails/IP per hour. That's the limit I put in place for the servers of clients and most feedback I've gotten has been positive; the ones who usually get bad results are those who send spammy emails or get too many bounces.
thanks guys
so what would be ideal for clean email list after a month or two of slow email
like 10k per ip per day or 25k per ip per day

If you have warm IPs, you can potentially send millions of emails per IP every month, as long as you keep sending to clean lists and you're not being flagged as spammer too often; but just because you could send millions of emails, it doesn't mean you have to do it.

If you have a list of 100k clean emails and you want to email each 3 times a week, that's 3x4x100k = 1.2M a month, 40k per day, if you have 4 warm IPs, you can send 10k daily per IP and stay under the radar indefinitely as long as you keep avoiding triggering spam keywords, you keep your list clean and you make sure to remove anyone who doesn't want to be emailed by you.

And just as an extra comment, you could easily send out those 1.2M from a single warm IP address if you follow good practices.
thank you explorer for your insights ,

As far as I remember, Gmail has a limit of 200 incoming emails per hour, per IP (or maybe per domain). If so, that would be 144k emails per month.
