I just checked all the mirrors and they're working just fine. You might want to install a pop-up blocker, to avoid all those annoying ads. Mozilla has great extension for doing just that, it's called Strict Pop-up Blocker.

This all sounds too good to be true.. Will have to take a look.

I haven't watched this video, yet... but I think this is the man behind this book...
