Hello my blackhat bros,
I need some advice from the veterans here
I am planning to launch a new niche blog but I cant decide which strategy I use.

Only product reviews website? With minimum amount of regular articles or an authority on the long run website that focus on providing value to the reader then after it is getting enough traffic and building relation with the audience i start promoting products?

Both has some benefits and drawbacks in short i can sum up few things:

1.Affiliate site: High transactional value which means it will make a ton of money depending on the demand of the product in that niche but will not last forever.

2.Authority site: Low transactional value at the beginning but once you you established the authority you will bang big for sure.

The classic sensible advice you will hear from people:
stick to affiliate sites if are in need of money badly or else build authority sites which can bang big in long run passively.

My advice:
Look just get into a niche which has good monetization potential then build a site around that niche try writing atleast 5 informational article without affiliate crap then write a review.Just make sure you don't over do your site with ton of affiliate links and always let value oriented posts be more than your product review.
