Looking at the FE offer, it's promoting the OTOs. He rushed through the first as if he was on the way to dinner.
This is using a CPA offer that is optimized for Mobile and then set up a Wordpress site with tips and then send them to the offer.
Traffic is Facebook ads. He gives some details here. From page 15 to 30 is about setting up the ad so there could be some value there.

Thanks to the OP. I am not a fan of his targeting in Facebook. I guess it could work if you give Facebook time to optimize to your target audience. I would let the ad run for a week or so. The problem will lie in getting cheap enough clicks to make a profit out of $1.60

He is promoting an offer via fb ads that has a payout of only $1.60? Then this makes really not much sense. How could you get any profit? $1.60 already is very low, if you have to subtract cpc from fb from it then your "profit" is next to nothing
