This account will die soon: because Lynda will see so many ip signIn at a time and will ban it.
Let choose the course you like,and find the offline view Tab,click it to download LyndaApp for desktop and install it.After that,you just need click offline view tab on any courses you like,the LyndaApp will auto download all course videos to your pc or phone for view offline...and the course will still finish downloading thought the account be banned.
Let click offline view on all courses you like asap,and you will have all that courses on your device soon.
Some courses have code examples.let download it by clicking Code Examples Tab.

In the setting of Lynda App,you can choose the location you want to store all courses,and once you choose,all courses on default location (C drive,Local folder) ...will be moved to the location you want.
Note,all courses videos in .lynda extension files,not video type file for reupload to share ..if you want courses in video type file like mp4..let use IDM and download it manually by open on every chapter of the courses,not use LyndaApp.

Question: The app is asking for login to download info. I am not sure what login info is as library and pin don't work. I don't think it will allow use of app after account is dead- without having downloaded. Am I missing the trick to this?

Let login in your browser,and when lauch theapp,it will login automatically.
And if you did choose Offline View a course,it will be started download on theApp,and it still download for finishing thought the account still alive or die.Sure,you can use the course just lauch theApp,no need internet connection,and no need a live account,but you cant download any new courses besides the courses you did choose offlineView if the account got die.

thx for help dccountry- rep for your time- but it is not working on my pc. The app does not automatically login, I had tried what you suggested- login on browser, then launch app. I will try on os to see if that will work.
