Does anyone know the answer to this? Instructions say to install a plugin called Demo-Content. I do not see such a plugin.

its not a plugin, you need to nulled the theme first and download the demo, then install it.

@haselbiscuit, I have nulled the theme. Not sure how to install the demos though...

1. Install plugins from "plugins" folder
2. Copy folder "the7-demo-content-tmp" to wp-content/uploads
3. Install The7, null it, start demo import

I'm being asked for version 5.6.1 and convertplug 3.0.3.
But i don't see a new changelog appearing on their website and themeforest.
Is it new?

No need, only use latest The7 Elements (the7_core) is enough for import demo!
