This will not work on closed group, unless you are an admin.

Sometimes, FB redirects you when you open the link given by the script. You have to save groups HTML file only from this URL; https://www.facebook.com/bookmarks/groups/
Saving groups from any other URL will not work for importing
If it is still not working, make sure script version is latest, i.e; 3.04 (Version is shown in the footer).
Also, when you click on upload, the message box that provides instructions, also shows maximum allowed file size for your server. If your groups file is larger than that size, kindly ask you hosting to increase allowed maximum upload size.
So we need a script update to make this work. It is asking for purchase code when doing so.
