What software would you recommend for putting together marketing videos for YouTube? I have Camtasia but I'm wondering if there is something easier and quicker to use. Any feedback is most appreciated
kinda depends of video you wanna make
Explaindio - good for explainer videos - frame for frame making - there are some predone templates made for it
videomotion pro - reminds me a lot of camtasia - comes with templets - intro, outro, text, lower 3'rd etc
videomaker fx - mostley templet done thing
all of em are posted in the forum - have no idea if links still working thoug
for more proffessional vids -
corel videostudio - not a bad one ,
the adobe series also good
vegas moviestudio - if it's still around , looks a lot like corels suite

I used Powerpoint for slide show video and Easy Sketch Pro for whiteboard video.
I think Camtasia also good for live video editing.

Use videopad for simple editing. Pretty good beginners editing software and if you want to overlay music it is easy to do - drag and drop- free version is decent.
