Personal Review:
Thought I'd go through this 30 page report. Okay it starts off with SEO basics and suggests what sort of site you should be aiming to build to flip. Mostly outdated info(such as get an EMD etc.) for the first half(but hey you can't really blame the creator - SEO changes daily, right?), but then it reveals quite the gem, on what keywords to target and how to navigate via Flippa, look - I've seen some Flipping reports, but this, report from 2011, has still a good one in it. Cringe. The valuation theory has held through test of time, it does suggest strong x15 of income(which is the rate the sites STILL are going for in 2014). Then shows how to snipe domains. Then shows basics on building a site, suggests a theme(funny, Thesis - also has hold on it's own through the test of time). Comes with a basic backlink plan, semi-tiered, but I'd tweak it a little to fit in modern SEO. Then lays down a step-by-step process how to approach everything.

All in all a good report, especially if you haven't seen Flipping courses before.
