For some reason, I'm getting a corrupt pdf file and cannot open. Anyone else?

All link are not pdf file but actually html file.just rename file extension to html and u can open it but it point to the download page no longer available.Actual download page available but the pdf is no longer available.
THIS IS NOT A MIRROR COPY BUT MIRROR COPY OF THE DOWNLOAD PAGE WHICH IS USELESS.
