Its a Google Chrome Extension. Extract and drag the file to chrome extension tab. If it doesn't work use Chromium It's chrome browser without google.

Thanks for sharing, however it doesn't work on Chrome, and Chromium according to SERP has a lot of Malware! :(

how to activate?

i first install it from the store and download the file from sendspace.
replaces the content from the rar file in the installed extension path. but when i try to check the chrome. it shows that the extension is damaged/corrupt and repair it...

I gave the whole folde remove all drag the folder i gave to extention section in chrome
