You need to install .Net Framework to use it.
I need more information for help you! Can you take a screenshot?
Also, you can go to Help -> “Report error” immediately after the problem occurs. The error report contains a screenshot as well as all the information from the current session.
Then clik on "Send manually" and post the content of "error.txt" file and the screeshot.

when we run software its work fine but after sometime trial activation popup open and software stop working we need to click on continue trial everytime
