Files in Post #8 work perfectly. Put all five in the same directory and then extract the part1.rar file.

Yes. put all files in same folder and open part1 and extract everything inside.

Logically, if any single person can download and extract, there CANNOT be anything wrong with the files. Either your downloads are incomplete or you are not doing it right. Download all 5 files and put them in a single directory. Use Winrar. Right click on the part 1 file (only) and select 'extract here' If you have a Mac then I can't help, but the process will be very similar. If in doubt Google 'rar split archive'
