The question I now have is What do White Walkers eat??
I never wondered about it before...
So, this course is a little strange beginning with the title. I think it is a little racist and I am a white guy. If it was where black people should not keep their money would that not be racist. Anyway screw political correctness.
Dr. Scott Brown, Major State University Finance Professor is the creator of this course. I had not heard of Major State University, probably because they do not have a basketball or football team. The reason that they do not have any sports teams is that Major State University does not exist. I Googled Dr. Brown and he is a professor at the University of Puerto Rico's Graduate School of Business. He must be embarrassed or something about where he is employed. He has written several books in the field of investing so he probably knows something about it.

Don't need a course to answer that question. Everyone knows most of our money goes to pay taxes which are then distributed to people on welfare who don't work.
