I think you may feel free to share your version, if you think that it works differently - it's not against the rules to share different versions of the same software.

I've seen the "LibLicense.dll" code and it have several methods for check the license verification.
Maybe "Instadub" check the license every time that you start a process.

Clicking the archive zipped , works normal. When unzipped the folder containing the files and when I click the executable , nothing happens . But the important thing is it's working. Thanks !

As I understood from your words - it works if you run it from zipped file, right? But it doesn't run, when extracted.
I think the problem is with obfuscated files. Antivirus/Firewall/Windows Defender may think that the files are infected, so it doesn't let them run. You can try to add to whitelist all files or the whole folder.
