I have experience with ranking videos number 1 on Google and YouTube and ranking websites number on Google as well. Sony Vegas not so much. Sorry.

You ask for someone with great value skills but you have yet to say what you have to offer!

Why would I want to optimize and promote your sites besides getting 50-60%, instead of promoting mine for 100%?

Get someone to build and put great content on a website for a few hundred bucks

SEO is a full time job and it needs $1000s of dollars just to rank for one decent keyword.
