The guy selling the package is not selling the software. he is making you aware of it and how to use it.
He is selling information.
I am not certain if he is selling a customized version of the software since it is Open Source.
Also here is a different seller which I saw first and they offer a FB app to allow you to choose Group, Fan and personal stream to stream your video. Plus there is much better training.
Its been shared on the forum. Do a search for it.
